- refactor out the Mnote Entries structs, they are all the same
- perhaps even use the generic exifentry for mnoteentries, its the same except "byteorder"
- use a generic exif entry renderer for the default: case in mnote entries

- more fileformat readers

- implement more Maker Note Types
- implement more Maker Note Entries
