## 11400104 Abnormal CPU Usage

**Error Information**

The status of the system CPU usage is abnormal.

**Description**

The current CPU usage is abnormal.

**Possible Causes**

The HiView service process is not started properly.

**Solution**

Check the running status of the HiView process and restart the HiView service or system.
