This is TagSoup 1.2.1, downloaded from http://ccil.org/~cowan/XML/tagsoup/

To get the java files included here:
- download tagsoup
- unzip it
- cd into the tagsoup directory
- Install saxon 6.5.5 and copy saxon.jar and saxon-xml-apis.jar files to $ANT_HOME/lib
- run ant
- copy the files in src/java and tmp/src
