17Steps to use Wear template on top of an existing sample:
18- In template-params.xml.ftl:
19    - Add the following template:
20        <template src="Wear"/>

22- Refresh your project (./gradlew refresh)
23- Add Wearable-specific code to Wearable directory
24- Add code to be shared among the main application and the wearable to Shared
