A collection of common utils and scripts used for Mobly tests in the Android platform.

Directory structure:
  `tools/`: A library for test helper utilities, e.g. apk_utils for installing APKs.
    Imported as `mobly.tools`.
  `scripts/`: Standalone scripts, including the local Mobly test runner.

This project should NOT be used for libraries specific to your test/suite. Please add
them directly to your own project instead.
