This build test checks that:

- Prebuilt shared libraries are always copied to $NDK_OUT/<armeabi>/objs/
- Prebuilt static libraries are never copied to $NDK_OUT/<armeabi>/objs/

It works by first building two prebuilt libraries in a sub-project, then
using them in the main project. See build.sh
