CLDR 1.4 Release Note

This release of CLDR is an update release; the main changes were

updates for new region codes (RS and ME for Serbia and Montenegro),
added new Time Zone IDs
added new language tags
added the list of private use language & script codes that won't be used by CLDR

Version 1.4.1 was released on 2006-11-03 as a CVS-tag release; later it was decided to make it a regular release with zipped data and this release page.
