Gets one size by ID.

Args:
  profileId: string, User profile ID associated with this request. (required)
  id: string, Size ID. (required)
  x__xgafv: string, V1 error format.
    Allowed values
      1 - v1 error format
      2 - v2 error format

Returns:
  An object of the form:

    { # Represents the dimensions of ads, placements, creatives, or creative assets.

Retrieves a list of sizes, possibly filtered. Retrieved sizes are globally unique and may include values not currently in use by your account. Due to this, the list of sizes returned by this method may differ from the list seen in the Trafficking UI.

  iabStandard: boolean, Select only IAB standard sizes.
  ids: string, Select only sizes with these IDs. (repeated)
  width: integer, Select only sizes with this width.
