39into this document. If you are using a graphical browser, the inline
40frame should be scrollable. If you are using a frames-incapable browser
41(such as Lynx or NetTamer) or have support for frames turned off, you
42should still be able to <a href="#iframe">review the content contained
43in the IFRAME</a>, either inline (that is, in the body of this
44document), or by following a link.
